RETURNS
Heritage Collection - Domestic Orders
Any brand new Waldan watch purchased online at www.waldanwatches.com can be returned for a refund or store credit within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return request and receive a prepaid label. From when a return is initiated, meaning the return request form has been received, signed and returned and a shipping label has been dispatched, the watch must be scanned in for shipment with the shipping courier within one (1) week. Returns can take up to two (2) weeks to process from when they are received. Returns are not valid if the watch received is damaged, abused, altered or destroyed or if either the watch or its individual packaged box is missing from the return shipment. If the return is approved, we will refund you by your original payment method. If the return is denied, we will notify you and return the watch to you. Returned items will be refunded minus a fee of $25 per watch, to cover the return shipping & restocking.
Heritage Collection - International Orders
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item received is mechanically or aesthetically defective. International shipping prices, taxes and duties are also subject to change relative to global conditions.
Classics Collection
To return any brand Waldan Classics watches purchased online at www.waldanwatches.com, a return inquiry must be placed within five (5) days of delivery. All return inquiries are highly scrutinized and vetted, evaluated on a singular case basis and starting an inquiry does not guarantee that the return/refund will be accepted. Final decision lies with upper management.

Returns are not valid if the watch received is damaged, abused, altered, destroyed or shows signs of wear or if either the watch or its individual packaged box is missing from the return shipment. If the return is approved, we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded and can be subject to a fee of up to 20% of the purchase price of the item(s) in the order, to cover the return shipping & labor involved with restocking.
Straps
All watch straps are final sale, and not available for return. In some cases where the strap is ill fitting but completely unused, at our discretion, we may accommodate an exchange for customer satisfaction within the time period of three (3) days after the delivery date. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible with any issues.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
Please notify us at info@waldanwatches.com immediately if you receive a damaged item to address and resolve the issue. We guarantee an expedited return and reship in the unlikely but unfortunate event that this happens.
