After your order is received and payment is verified, it may take between 48-72 hours to process and ship your order (this does not include weekends or holidays). Purchases made after 4pm EST/1pm PST will not be processed until the next business day. If you order after 4pm EST/1pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.
For international orders, all applicable taxes and duties are paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase. There are no supplemental fees or duties to be paid upon delivery.
Domestic Orders
For cancellations and returns, please refer to our policy in the returns section. Returns may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us immediately in the event that you need to cancel an order. If your order was automatically cancelled after having been placed, chances are that our system flagged your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that this is happening in error and this issue repeats itself please contact us for assistance.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item received is mechanically or aesthetically defective. International shipping prices are also subject to change relative to global conditions.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us at info@waldanwatches.com as soon as possible so that our customer service team can resolve the issue. Please give customer support 24-48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
All Waldan straps are warrantied from breakage for a period of 1 (one) year after purchase. Waldan straps vary in skin type (leather, crocodile, alligator) and may each be subject to different conditions of sale. All strap purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return. An exchange may take place if the item is received in unusable condition or is defective. Please contact us using our contact form in the customer service section of the website for assistance with exchanges.
Replacement Straps: All Waldan Watches can be interchanged to different strap options and combinations at your leisure (please ensure you are purchasing the correct size strap for your timepiece, 20mm straps will fit the Waldan Heritage collection). Please refer to the following graphic for instructions on how to change your strap.
All "Heritage" collection Waldan Watches offer a physical warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for a period of two (2) years after the original purchase date of the wristwatch, identifiable in the Waldan system by the order confirmation number of the watch purchase. Additionally, Waldan offers a mechanical warranty covering any manufacturer's defects with the movement for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date of the wristwatch. This warranty does not apply to or cover any damage, abuse, misuse or accidents that are user inflicted. This warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt or order numbers. Any service performed to a Waldan "Heritage" Watch that is not done by a Waldan authorized watchmaker or service center will void the warranty.
All "Classics" collection Waldan Watches offer a mechanical warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for a period of two (2) years after the original purchase date of the wristwatch and guarantees accuracy. This warranty does not apply to or cover any damage, abuse, misuse or accidents that are user inflicted. All "Vintage" collection Waldan Watches are made available for sale after having been professionally restored and serviced by an expert watchmaker. All "Vintage" watches are in working order and functioning as intended before being made available for sale. All watches will run within reasonable gain/loss limits. These watches are pre-owned and aged, expect normal wear & patina from usage. Please read each item description and examine all product images carefully prior to purchase. All "Vintage" watches are covered under a one (1) year warranty. Contact us via email at info@waldanwatches or via our "contact us" submission form regarding any warranty or mechanical issue. Any service performed to a Waldan "Vintage" Watch that is not done by a Waldan authorized watchmaker or service center will void the warranty.
Please note that we cannot customize or personalize Waldan Watches from
